Caution: Be careful not to trap your hands or fingers when opening or closing the document cover. 6. Clean the scanner glass with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth (microfiber is recommended). If the glass surface is stained with grease or some other hard-to-remove material, use a small amount of glass cleaner and a soft cloth to remove it. Wipe off any remaining liquid.
