2‐4‐1 Using "Dynamic IP" as broadband connection type 1. If your Internet service provider assigns IP addresses to you automatically through DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), select "Dynamic IP". Item Name Host Name MAC Address Description Input the host name of your computer here. This is optional and only required if your ISP asks you to do so. If your ISP only permits computers with certain MAC addresses to access the Internet, input your computer's MAC address here. Press "Clone Mac address" to fill the MAC address field with your computer's MAC address automatically. 2. Click "OK" to complete setup. 3. When the following message appears, click "Apply" to save the changes and restart the broadband router. The router will take about 30 seconds to restart. 29
