Page 90 highlights

Network KVM switches to another cluster Network KVM unexpectedly switches to another cluster during normal use. This is because Network KVM binds the connected monitor to a cluster when: • user creates a cluster. • user selects a cluster. For optimum usage, Network KVM attempts to resume connection with the cluster that has the highest priority. If connection fails, Network KVM goes down in order and attempts to connect with another cluster. When this happens, you can manually select the cluster you wish to use from the KVM menu. Compatibility between application installed on your system DDM is backward compatible with previous version. Recommended to always use the latest DDM version. Getting more information about troubleshooting You can Save Diagnostic Report or Save Monitor Asset Report to provide more information to Dell service center for troubleshooting. Save Diagnostic Report Right click DDM icon and select Save Diagnostic Report or click the Save Diagnostic Report button from Settings. The report contains system and monitor related information along with DDM runtime logs. 90 │ Troubleshooting
