Section 3 - Configuration Settings Extender Settings This page lets you configure the settings for the DAP-1325's extended wireless network. To access this page, click the Settings dropdown menu at the top of the page, and select Extender. Click Save to apply the settings and return to the home page. Existing Network Existing Select the type of existing network, either Ethernet or Wi-Fi Network: you want the DAP-1325 to connect to. If you selected Wi-Fi, the following options are available: Wi-Fi Name This is the name of the uplink network the DAP-1325's (SSID): connects to. You may also manually set the SSID of the uplink network or press the Scan button to perform a scan of available networks. Password: Enter the password to connect the DAP-1325 to the uplink network. 2.4 GHz Extended Wi-Fi Status: Enable or disable this network by toggling this slider. Wi-Fi Name This is the name of the DAP-1325's extended network. (SSID): If using Wi-Fi, the DAP-1325 will rebroadcast the uplink router's Internet connection under this SSID. You may also manually set the SSID of the extended network. Password: Enter the password or network key that you wish to use for the extended network. D-Link DAP-1325 User Manual 32
