Solution This problem happens when the hard drive has received a severe shock. Contact Tech Support immediately for further assistance. The USB port is not installed correctly. Remove all the USB components under the Universal Serial Bus Controller category in Device Manager. From the Device Manager, click on "Refresh" to reinstall the USB components. You may be prompted to insert your Windows 98 CD. You must enable your USB port in the BIOS. Consult your Computer Users guide, or contact your motherboard manufacturer. Although you can store any type of data file on the Roq-it 10 GB, the player will only recognize and play MP3 or MP2 files. For the latest information about driver, software or firmware for your Roq-it 10 GB, please visit www.dlink.com on the web.
