Chapter B Error Message Drum Stop Jam 2-sided Jam Inside Jam MP Tray Jam Rear Jam Tray1 Jam Tray2 Limit Exceeded Log Access Error No Belt Unit No Drum Unit No HUB Support No Paper No Permission No Response/Busy Cause It is time to replace the drum unit. The paper is jammed underneath the paper tray or the fuser unit. The paper is jammed inside the machine. The paper is jammed in the multi-purpose tray of the machine. The paper is jammed in the back of the machine. The paper is jammed in the paper tray of the machine. Action Replace the drum unit, (see Replacing the drum unit on page 90). See Paper is jammed underneath the paper tray on page 131. See Paper is jammed inside the machine on page 128. See Paper is jammed in the multi-purpose tray on page 124. See Paper is jammed at the back of the machine on page 126. See Paper is jammed in the Paper Tray 1 or Tray 2 on page 125. The print limit set in Secure Function Lock was reached. The machine could not access the print log file in the server. The belt unit is not installed correctly. The drum unit is not installed correctly. A USB hub device is connected to the USB direct interface. The machine is out of paper in the paper tray, or paper is not correctly loaded in the paper tray. Printing color documents is restricted by Secure Function Lock. The print job will be canceled. The number you dialed does not answer or is busy. Call your administrator to check your Secure Function Lock Settings. Call your administrator to check the Store Print Log to Network settings. For more information, see Software and Network User's Guide. Reinstall the belt unit, (see the steps in Replacing the belt unit on page 96). Reinstall the drum unit, (see the steps in Replacing the drum unit on page 90.) Disconnect the USB hub device from the USB direct interface. Do one of the following: Refill paper in the paper tray. Make sure the paper guides are set to the correct size. Remove the paper and load it again. Make sure the paper guides are set to the correct size. If the problem is not resolved, the paper pick-up roller may need to be cleaned. Clean the paper pick-up roller. (See Advanced User's Guide) Call your administrator to check your Secure Function Lock Settings. Verify the number and try again. 114
