4. OPERATIONS 4-19. Error code list 4-19. Error code list • If an error message is displayed during sewing, refer to the table below for the necessary remedy. Error code El E2 E3 E4 E5 E6 E7 E8 E9 E10 E11 E12 E13 E14 El6 E17 Details of error Start switch is on when power is turned on. Remedy Turn power off Foot switch is on when power is turned on. Turn power off EMERGENCY switch is on when power is turned on. Turn power off Feed motor problem (communication error with motor circuit board) Turn power off Incorrect cutter or gauge size setting Turn power off Stop sensor does not turn on when not sewing. (sensor malfunction, incorrect adjustment or handle was turned) Distance A in program is smaller than minimum distance A allowed by panel DIP switch setting. Cutter sensor does not turn on. (sensor malfunction, incorrect adjustment or cutter has dropped) Pneumatic feed does not finish within allotted time. (mechanical contact, fuse F3 on power supply circuit board is blown, or feed motor or printed circuit board malfunction) Turn power off RESET switch Turn power off Turn power off Corrupt program data Turn power off Distance A + distance D + correction value in program is larger than maximum feed amount allowed by panel DIP switch setting. (Stop signal does not turn off even when machine is turned on.) Sewing does not stop. top signal does not switch on 7 seconds after sewing starts.) Table feed or ladies' garment sewing and long garment sewing are set simultaneously.
