View a mailing list In the address book, click a mailing list. To view the details for a contact in the mailing list, click a contact. Click View Member. Delete a mailing list 1. In the address book, highlight a mailing list. 2. Press the Menu key. 3. Click Delete Group. Multiple address books About multiple address books If your BlackBerry®device is associated with multiple email accounts, you might have contacts from each address book on your device. For example, if your device is associated with a work email account and a personal email account, you might be able to view your work address book and your personal address book on your device. For more information, contact your wireless service provider. Switch address books Verify that you have multiple address books on your BlackBerry® device. 1. In an address book, press the Menu key. 2. Click Select Address Book. 3. Click an address book. Change the default address book Verify that you have multiple address books on your BlackBerry® device. 1. In the device options, click Advanced Options. 2. Click Default Services. 3. Change the Address Book (SYNC) field. 4. Press the Menu key. 5. Click Save. 147
