The battery is not charging. • The BlackBerry C-Series Battery Charger does not recognize the battery. You can only charge C-Series batteries with the BlackBerry C-Series Battery Charger. If your battery is a CSeries battery, the front label on your battery should display "C-" and the battery model number. 17
