Thunderbolt™ 3 connection (models with Thunderbolt™ 3 ports) When single monitor is connected, no video or audio output from the laptop with Thunderbolt™ 3 connection. Check the cable connections and menu settings in the following order. • Check if an appropriate cable has been connected to the monitor and the laptop properly. See Connectivity of Thunderbolt™ 3 port on your monitor (PD2720U / PD3220U only) on page 18 for more information. • Check if the input source has been selected to Thunderbolt 3 from Input > Signal Input. • Check if it is either Thunderbolt™ 3 port or USB-C™ port used on the computer for connection. If a USB-C™ port is used, make sure the port supports video signal transmission. KVM Switch No response after selecting KVM Switch > USB Upstream. Check the cable connections and menu settings in the following order. • Check if an appropriate cable has been connected to the monitor and the second video source properly. See Connect the PC video cable. on page 24 for more information. • Check if the input source has been selected to the second video input from KVM Switch > Video Input. USB-C™ connection (models with USB-C™ ports) No video or audio output from the laptop with USB-C™ connection. Check the cable connections and menu settings in the following order. • Check if the USB-C™ cable has been connected to the monitor and the laptop properly.
