Check the ignition. 3. Ignition Wet Remove the spark plug and check the electrodes. Dry Wipe off with a dry cloth and correct the spark plug gap, or replace the spark plug. Open the throttle halfway and operate the electric starter. The engine does not start. Check the battery. Have a Yamaha dealer check the vehicle. 4. Battery 8 Operate the electric starter. The engine turns over quickly. The engine turns over slowly. The battery is good. Check the battery lead connections, and charge the battery if necessary. The engine does not start.
