Connect the negative battery lead. 11. Install the air filter case by reversing the removal steps. 12. Install the headlight unit, making sure to insert the tabs on the headlight unit stay into the slots on the bottom of the headlight unit. 13. Install the headlight unit bolts, and then tighten them to the specified torque. Headlight unit bolt tightening torque: 3 Nm (0.3 m·kgf, 2.2 ft·lb) 14. Install the top cover, the left and right side covers, and the shroud. NOTE: @ If the fuse immediately blows again, ask a Yamaha dealer to inspect the snowmobile. @ 8-39
