EVU01200 1- PRE-OPERATION CHECKS Before using this vehicle, check the following points: ITEM Brakes Parking brake Fuel Engine oil Coolant reservoir Final gear oil/ Differential gear oil Accelerator pedal Seat belts Steering Fittings and fasteners Lights and switches Wheels and tires Axle boots ROUTINE • Check operation, free play, fluid level and fluid leakage. • Fill with DOT 4 brake fluid if necessary. • Check for proper operation, condition and free play. • Check fuel level. • Fill with fuel if necessary. • Check oil level. • Fill with oil if necessary. • Check coolant level. • Fill with coolant if necessary. • Check for leakage. • Check for proper accelerator pedal operation. • Check for proper operation and belt wear. • Check for proper operation. • Check all fittings and fasteners. • Check for proper operation. • Check tire pressure, wear and damage. • Check for damage.
