ESU04342 Adjusting the 2-up adjusting block spring force The spring force can be adjusted by changing the position of the 2-up adjusting blocks. NOTE: @ Be sure to make this adjustment when there is no load (rider or cargo) on the snowmobile. @ 1. Install the special tools 1 and 2 included in the owner's tool kit to the 2-up adjusting block 3. 2. Pull the lock lever 4 and turn the special tool 2 to change the block position. 3. Release the lock lever. CAUTION: @ Make sure that the 2-up adjusting blocks are installed in the same position on both sides of the snowmobile. @ a 2-up position (rider and passenger) b Solo rider position 8-23

Adjusting the 2-up adjusting block spring force
The spring force can be adjusted by changing the posi-
tion of the 2-up adjusting blocks.
NOTE:

Be sure to make this adjustment when there is no load
(rider or cargo) on the snowmobile.

1. Install the special tools
