Take the unit to a Yamaha dealer. @ ESU04210 Rear suspension spring preload adjustment The rear suspension is equipped with two shock absorbers and the spring preload for each shock absorber can be adjusted separately. One shock absorber is in the front 1 and the other is in the rear 2 of the rear suspension assembly. 8-22
