To remove the passenger seat, backrest, and rear carrier 1. Pull the carrier lock lever 1 away from the carrier lock bracket, and then push it down to unlock the backrest 2 and the rear carrier 3. 2. Slide both the backrest and the rear carrier forward until they stop, and then remove them. 3. Remove the passenger seat lock knob 4, and then remove the passenger seat 5. CAUTION: When using the rear storage area, do not load any cargo that is too large for it. In addition, cargo must not project from the edges of the rear storage area. @ To install the passenger seat, backrest, and rear carrier NOTE: @ If loading cargo on both the rear storage area and the rear carrier, follow steps 3-5 to install the rear carrier without installing the passenger seat and backrest. @ 5-14
