Maintenance Handlebar Adjustment WARNING Improper adjustment of the handlebars or incorrect torquing of the adjuster block tightening bolts can cause limited steering or loosening of the handlebars, resulting in loss of control and possible serious personal injury or death. Follow the adjustment procedures exactly, or see your POLARIS dealer for service. The handlebars can be adjusted for rider preference. 1. Remove the pod to access the handlebar bolts. Loosen the four bolts. 2. Adjust the handlebar to the desired height. Be sure the handlebars do not hit the gas tank or any other part of the vehicle when turned fully to the left or right. 3. Lightly tighten each bolt equally to prevent uneven gaps in the block. Torque the bolts to 7.3 ft. lbs. (10 Nm). Bolts 142
