TROUBLESHOOTING Vehicle and Reverse Buzzer Doesn't Operate Possible Cause Vehicle in Sleep Mode Low battery voltage Loose battery connections Loose contactor connections Loose electronic control box connections Blown fuse Solution Slightly depress and release the accelerator, or toggle the master on/off switch Recharge the battery overnight, check charger status lights for correct operation Check all connections and tighten Check all connections and tighten Inspect, clean, reinstall connectors Check chassis fuse Vehicle Doesn't Operate Possible Cause Accelerator pedal depressed when turning the key switch on FNR switch in neutral Controller fault Solution Return accelerator pedal to rest position Place FNR in desired direction of travel Refer to Multi Function Light Troubleshooting Guide All Lighting Non-Functional Possible Cause Loose connection Blown Fuse Solution Check DC-DC converter connection Check lighting fuse Batteries Won't Charge Possible Cause Very Low battery voltage Solution If battery voltage is less than 9V, the charger won't turn on.
