Vehicle Storage If you're not going to drive your vehicle for25 days or more, take off the black, negative(-) cable from the battery. This will help keep your battery from r ning down. A CAUTION: Batteries have acid that can burn and gas you that canexplode. You can be badly hurtif you aren't careful.
