Ignition Controlled Door Locks If power door locks have been connected to your system, the vehicle's door will lock three seconds after the ignition has been turned on and unlock when the ignition is turned off. 3. Once the vehicle has started, it will run for the pre-programmed period of time (12, 24, or 60 minutes) or until a shutdown input is triggered. When you are ready to drive the vehicle: 1. Short-Run/Turbo Short run turbo mode keeps the engine running after arriving at you destination for a programmable period of 1, 3, 5 or 10 minutes.
