SWEEPSTAKES:
The Tineco Giveaway
(the “
Sweepstakes
”) begins at
6:00 a.m. Pacific
Standard Time
(“
PST
”) on
May 8, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time
(“
PST
”) on
June 8, 2023
(the “
Sweepstakes Period
”).
Participation is free of charge.
There is no purchase or payment of any kind necessary to participate in the
Sweepstakes. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning.
2.
ELIGIBILITY
: Open to legal residents of North America, 18 years of age or older as of
date of entry (“
Entrant
”).

(“Sponsor”),
and its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising,
promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors,
shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with
the development, evolvement and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively
“Sponsor and its Administrators”) and the immediate family members of each, are not
eligible to participate or win. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole
responsibility of winner.

HOW TO ENTER:
During the Sweepstakes Period, each of the following social

@tinecoglobal on Twitter will make one (1) posts regarding the Sweepstakes, totally
3 posts (each a “Post”).
You may enter by following the instructions in the post and
posting a photo or video showing any Tineco product, to receive one (1) entry into
the corresponding prize's random drawing only.
4.
You must tag the one of Tineco social accounts among @tinecoglobal on Instagram,
@tinecoglobal on Facebook, @tinecoglobal on Twitter, @tinecoglobal on Tiktok,
@tinecoglobal on YouTube through which you enter the Sweepstakes for your entry
to be eligible. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person per Post. You must have a
valid Instagram or Facebook or Twitter or Tiktok or YouTube account to enter. You
must have your privacy settings set to “public” to enter. Any Entry deemed
inappropriate or containing unsuitable text, in Sponsor’s sole discretion will be
disqualifie
d. Any Entry or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion,
obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, includes references to sex, nudity, acts of
violence or acts that may cause harm, contains any proper names, third party
materials (other than Tineco-owned), or otherwise violates or infringes (or may
infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand or other
proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights
of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, sexual in nature, or is
otherwise objectionable, will disqualify the Entrant as determined in Sponsor’s sole
discretion. Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and may not be offensive,
as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Normal Internet access,
phone/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service will apply.

WINNER SELECTION:
On or about June 9, 2023, one (1) winner will be randomly
selected from among all eligible Entries received for the corresponding Post only. The
random drawings will be conducted by Tineco Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd, whose
