$100 Mail-In Rebate

Terms & Conditions:

In order to receive the Feature Package Upgrade at no cost you must:

1)

Purchase a new AVR-3808CI or AVR-4308CI from an authorized retailer during the promotion period September 1, 2008 – March 31,2009.

2)

You must pay Denon $100 – the cost of the feature package upgrade.

3)

Fill out the mail-in rebate form and submit copy of your receipt and serial number to Denon.

Denon must be able to verify that your purchase qualifies you for the free Feature Upgrade; please note this process may take 30 days

Note:

The Feature Package Upgrade is available only for verified purchases; verification can take up to 30 days.

If you wish to receive the

Feature Package Upgrade immediately than you must pay for the Feature Package Upgrade at its cost - $100; once payment is received, and

Denon verifies that you qualify for the promotion, then you will receive a rebate check equal to your $100 payment.

If your purchase does not

qualify for the promotion Denon will retain the $100 as payment in full for the Feature Package Upgrade.

To receive your rebate, simply follow these steps.

The qualified product purchase must be made after September 1, 2008

and before the end of the promotion (March 31,2009)

within 30 days of your verification request.

4)

Complete this rebate request form.

5)

Enclose a copy of the receipt showing the purchase of an eligible AVR-

4308CI or AVR-3808CI.

The purchase date must fall within the

promotion period.

6)

Enclose a copy of the UPC/Serial Number Bar Code from the

qualifying Denon product box.

7)

Make a copy of all materials submitted for your records.
