In HP Data Protector, go to Devices & Media > Media > Pools, and right-click the Media Pool associated with the source container device and the backup set that needs to be restored. Click Export. Monitoring deduplication, compression, and performance After backup jobs have run, the DR Series system 2-4x reduction (25-50% total savings) on the initial backup. As additional full backup jobs are completed, the ratios will increase.
