7. STEAM FUNCTION Steam helps to remove odours like the outdoor air. Decreases or removes creases. Makes the pieces of clothing more flexible. HINTS AND TIPS 10.1 Ecological hints • Spin the laundry well before drying. • Do not exceed the load sizes which are specified in the programs chapter. • Clean the filter after each drying cycle. • Do not use fabric softener to wash and then dry. 11. CARE AND CLEANING 11.1 Cleaning the filter At the end of each cycle the Filter symbol comes on the display and you must clean the filter. The filter collects the fluff during the drying cycle. 1.
