Battery Rundown Protection Your Buick is equipped with a Battery Rundown -Protection feature designed protect your vehicle's to 'battery. When any interior light (trunk, reading, footwell, vanity mirror,or glove box) is left on and the ignition is turned OFF, the Battery Rundown Protection system will (automatically turn the light after 20 minutes. This off will avoid draining the battery. This system does not protect against leaving on the headlights.
